Shipping Policy

• Flat rate shipping of $8.99 on all orders.
• Shipping transit takes 3-5 business days after your order ships.
• Production: 3-5 business days for all badges, metal and acrylic.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Refund Policy

Custom-Made Badges

Because every badge is manufactured to your exact specifications, custom orders are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a free replacement.

Standard / Pre-Made Items

Standard items (keychains, pre-made badges) may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Digital Services

We do not sell any standalone digital services. Every order is for a physical badge product.
