• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the badge designs you order.
• Payment information: handled by Shopify and its payment processors at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• Designs and uploads: text you enter, and photos, logos, or artwork you upload to our builders or design request form.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact, design request, bulk order, or dealer forms, or by email.
• Email signups: your email address if you join our newsletter or claim a discount.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referring site, and actions such as designs created or items added to cart.

2. AI Badge Previews

When you generate a preview, the text, photo, or logo you provide is sent to AI image services to create the rendering. Uploads may be automatically checked for quality, readability, and prohibited content. We keep your uploads and generated previews so we can produce your order, review designs, and provide support. We do not use your photos for advertising without your permission.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create previews, produce, ship, and support your order
• Send order confirmations, production and shipping updates
• Reply to your messages, including an automatic acknowledgement that we received it
• Send cart reminders and a request for a review after your order is completed
• Send marketing emails if you opted in
• Measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve our website

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run our business, including:

• Shopify for checkout, payments, and order management
• Our manufacturing partner, who receives the design and production details needed to make your badge (not your payment details)
• Shipping carriers to deliver your order
• Hosting, email, and AI providers that power our website, emails, and previews
• Google (Analytics and Ads) to understand site traffic and measure ads

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart and preferences, analyze traffic with Google Analytics, and measure Google Ads performance. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing your browser's site data, or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep order records, designs, and uploads as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle reorders and support, and meet tax and legal requirements. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your Rights).

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by emailing us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising (decline cookies on our banner). We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Visitors from the EU/UK may also object to or restrict processing, request a copy of their data, and complain to their local data protection authority. We process data to fulfill your order, with your consent (cookies and marketing), and for our legitimate business interests (security and improving our service).

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
