Finish
Metal badge colors are the classic look: polished, black, and gold tones that read as factory trim. Acrylic badge colors open up the palette, including colored acrylic shades for people who want the badge to disappear into a colored car or pop against it. Each finish carries its own surcharge, and the builder shows the exact difference the moment you click a swatch, so nothing changes at checkout.
Size
Height drives cost more than length does. Badges up to 1 inch tall are covered by the base price, then each half inch step adds a little more: $2.50 at 1.5 inches, $5 at 2 inches, $6.50 at 2.5 inches, $8 at 3 inches, $8.50 at 3.5 inches and $11 at 4 inches. Four inches is our production maximum, which keeps badges proportional to real body panels. Width follows your text, so a long phrase at 1 inch tall often costs less than a short word at 4 inches.
Multi Badge Value
Most orders are not a single badge. A tailgate badge plus a pair of fender badges is the common setup, and buying them together is where the value shows up. Our multi badge pricing lowers the per badge cost, and we run bundle offers that pair well with a two or three badge build.
