Refund policy

Because every badge is manufactured to your exact specifications, custom orders are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Custom made badges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement.

Standard and pre-made items

Standard items, including removal kits, keychains, and pre-made badges, may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Digital services

The Logo Vectorization Service is non-refundable once the vector file has been delivered to you by email.

How to start a return

Email support@badgemyauto.com with your order number and, for a damage or defect claim, photos of the item as it arrived. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
